Who We Are
Islamic Finance Emerging Leaders Network
Islamic Finance Emerging Leaders Network (IFELN) is a non-profit, non-sectarian, capacity-building initiative established to bridge the gap between interest and participation in Islamic Banking and Finance, particularly among youth, startups and innovators and entrepreneurs. Despite the steady growth of Islamic finance in Nigeria and globally, many young people and businesses remain excluded not by law, but by lack of awareness, skills and access. Islamic Finance Emerging Leaders Network seeks to address this challenge by delivering practical education, opportunity awareness and hands-on guidance that enables participants to understand Islamic finance, recognize its opportunities and confidently apply its principles in real financial and business decisions.
IFELN's expected outcomes & impact includes: increased Islamic finance literacy among youth and entrepreneurs; more startups accessing Shariah-compliant financing; reduced misconceptions around Islamic finance; stronger ethical finance culture and, a growing pipeline of Islamic finance professionals and innovators.
